Membership Application:

To become a member of the CHBA, or to renew your CHBA membership, you must first complete the CHBA membership application form below before you will be connected to the payment screen to submit your membership dues.

The rates of Membership are as follows:

Annual membership dues are due each December 1st, and are applicable for the following calendar year. New members to the CHBA may apply at any time and may receive a discounted membership rate depending on the time of application during the calendar year.
